Q. When does the rent start to accrue?
A. The rent starts accruing the day the rental contract is signed.
 
Q. When is the rent due?
A. The rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 6th (payments considered late are assessed a $15.00 charge).
 
Q. How do you prorate the rent?
A. Rent is prorated according to how many days are left in the month the rental contract is signed. For example, if the contract is signed on January 15th, you will be charged for the 17 days in January.
 
Q. What types of storage units do you offer?
A. We offer various sizes of storage units, please review the Available units section to see which size units are currently available.
 
Q. How do I secure my unit?
A. Second floor storage units can be secured with a padlock, which may be purchased from the Management Office for $11.00 or you can supply you own. The garage units are key only, which will be supplied on the day the rental contract is signed.
 
Q. Do I have to buy insurance?
A. Insurance is not a requirement to rent a storage unit, it is the customers option.
 
Q. Will I receive an invoice each month?
A. To reduce our overhead costs, we do not send out monthly invoices. Therefore, it is up to the customer to make sure their payment reaches the Management Office by the 1st of each month.
 
Q. How long does it take to complete the application process?
A. The application process is done in two parts. The first is the phone application, followed by an appointment at the Management Office to sign the rental contract (please also see our Steps to Apply section).
 
Q. How much can each storage unit hold?
A. Our storage units range in size from 4'x6' to units that are 14'x20'. Please see our general guidelines in the Features and Benefits section.
 
Q. When can I access my unit?
A. Units are accessible 7 days a week, from 6am - 9pm.
 
Q. How do I terminate my rental agreement?
A. To terminate your rental agreement, you must send the Management Office written notice 10 days prior to canceling your rental contract. Please note, prorating does not apply to ending a rental contract.
 
Q. I have lost my key and/or access card, what do I do?
A. Please call the Management Office (610.644.6680) during regular business hours.
 
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept credit cards, but we do accept personal checks or cash.
